外商直接投资可较为直接地反映国际产业发展与转移的情况，一定程度上可以作为监测全球产业链动向的风向标。本文以联合国贸易与发展会议、国际货币基金组织、世界银行等权威国际组织发布的数据为基础，以全球外商直接投资变化为切入点，分析全球产业链动向。分析得出2021年全球产业链活跃度回升显著，2022年负面因素陡增；发达经济体对全球产业链的吸引力大幅提升，发展中经济体吸引力提升相对较少；全球主要经济体大部分实现外商直接投资正增长，产业链拉动能力进一步增强。基于此，提出对我国产业发展的启示。
Foreign direct investment can directly reflect the development and transfer of international industries，and to a certain extent，it can be used as a vane to monitor the trend of global industrial chain. Based on the data released by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development，the International Monetary Fund，the World Bank and other authoritative international organizations，taking the change of global foreign direct investment as the entry point，this report analyzes the global industrial chain trends. The analysis shows that the activity of the global industrial chain has significantly rebounded in 2021，and negative factors have sharply increased in 2022. The attractiveness of developed economies to the global industrial chain has significantly increased，while the trend of developing economies has increased relatively slowly. Foreign direct investments in most major economies around the world are increasing，and the driving capacity of the industrial chain has further strengthened. The report presents the implications for Chinese industrial development at the end.
