In the context of the new global technological revolution and industrial transformation，China is accelerating the development from a big manufacturing and network country to a manufacturing and network power. The strategic layout and policy guidance has been continuously strengthened in the information technology development fields，such as the integration of informatization and industrialization field，and the digital economy field. And the industrial practice and application continue to deepen，promoting the steady improvement of national information technology development and application level. The economic and social value benefits gradually emerge. The above work has laid a solid foundation for further supporting the construction of manufacturing power，network power and digital China.
