建交30年来，中国与中亚国家的人文合作对促进双方关系不断深化发挥了重要作用。新冠疫情的流行给面对面的人文交流带来负面影响，但疫情背景下中国同中亚国家的人文合作仍取得积极进展，为后疫情时代的人文合作蓬勃发展打下良好的基础。人文合作作为中国与中亚国家合作的重要组成部分，在后疫情时代其“纽带”作用将更加凸显。中国与中亚国家应抓住机遇，共同探索人文合作的新路径，为推动构建中国—中亚国家命运共同体发挥积极作用。
Since the establishment of diplomatic relations 30 years ago，the humanity and cultural cooperation between China and Central Asian countries has played an important role in promoting the deepening of bilateral relations. The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought negative effects to face-to-face cultural exchanges. However，China’s positive progress in cultural cooperation with Central Asian countries under the epidemic situation has laid a good foundation for the vigorous development of humanistic cooperation in the post epidemic era. As an important part of the cooperation between China and Central Asian countries，people-to-people and cultural cooperation will play a more prominent role as a “link” in the post epidemic era，and will usher in a major opportunity for development. China and Central Asian countries should seize opportunities，defuse challenges，jointly explore new paths of humanity and cultural cooperation，and play a positive role in promoting the construction of a community of shared future for China and Central Asian countries.
