2021年是中亚五国独立30年。随着五国在政治、经济、社会、外交等各个领域的改革和转型进展，五国政党政治也逐步发展并走向成熟。目前，中亚国家普遍实行多党制，政党在国家建设与发展中的作用越来越大。中国共产党高度重视发展与中亚国家的政党关系，30年来这种关系大体经历了三个发展阶段，呈现党际交往不断发展、接续创新的局面。中国共产党与中亚国家的政党交往为加强政党自身能力建设、巩固中国与中亚国家的双边关系、促进在各领域的务实合作发挥了积极作用。
The year of 2021 marks 30 years of independence for the five Central Asian countries. With the reform and transformation in the political，economic，social and diplomatic fields of the five countries，the party politics has gradually developed and matured. At present，Central Asian countries generally implement a multi-party system，and political parties play an increasingly important role in national construction and development. The Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the development of political party relations with Central Asian countries. In the past 30 years，this relationship generally experienced three development stages，showing a situation of continuous development and continuous innovation of inter party exchanges. The political party relations between the CPC and Central Asian countries have played a positive role in strengthening the capacity-building of each party，consolidating the bilateral relations between China and Central Asian countries，and promoting practical cooperation in various fields.
