上海合作组织大学（简称“上合大学”）是在上海合作组织框架下成立的区域大学联盟。联盟内高校以《上海合作组织大学章程》为基本法律依据，开展区域学、生态学、能源学、信息技术、纳米技术、教育学和经济学七个领域的本科、硕士和博士三个层面的人才培养，促进教育领域多元合作和人文交流互学互鉴。上合大学是高等教育国际化和大学联盟运作的典范，为上合组织未来在多领域双边及多边合作提供坚实的人才保障，具有良好的发展前景，能够培养大批具有区域发展意识、通晓上合组织国家语言、促进多元文明互学互鉴的复合型人才。
The University of SCO is a regional university alliance established under the framework of the SCO. On the basis of the Charter of the University of SCO，the universities of the union cooperate in cultivating talents at the undergraduate，postgraduate and doctoral levels in seven fields，including regional studies，ecology，energy，IT technology，nanotechnology，economics and education. The SCO University is a model of the internationalization of higher education and the operation of university union，which will provide a solid talent guarantee for the SCO’s future bilateral and multilateral cooperation in various fields.
