上海合作组织成员国政府首脑（总理）理事会第二十次会议于2021年11月25日通过线上视频的方式召开。成员国政府首脑及代表、观察员国代表、本组织各机构负责人、会议主办国客人、亚信等国际组织的代表参加会议。在本次会议上，各成员国代表签署了《上海合作组织成员国政府首脑（总理）理事会第二十次会议联合公报》等一系列重要文件。与会各方就抗击新冠疫情、经贸合作、绿色低碳、互联互通等问题进行了友好的交流。
On 25 November 2021，the 20th Meeting of the Council of Heads of Government （Prime Ministers） of the SCO member States was convened online. The meeting was chaired by Askar Mamin，the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Prime Ministers and representatives of member states，representatives of observer States，heads of SCO，guests of host countries and representatives of CICA attended the meeting. During the meeting，the Heads of Government council jointly signed and issued The SCO Heads of Government （prime minister） Council Meeting Communique and other important documents.
