算法素养旨在关注用户在与算法机制进行交互循环中所处的“伴生”状态。算法素养经历了从算法意识到算法知识、从算法评估到算法实践、从搭建框架到动态循环的过程。算法素养通过多样情感实践来显形算法透明，并试图理解算法黑箱的动态知识过程。算法素养由基于算法解码的实践技能、日常经验中的切身知识，以及对算法社会的媒介想象构成。算法素养理论意图提请用户关注社会配置中易被忽视的组织力量和系统机制，帮助用户以一种“健康的怀疑精神”找回自我协调、组合创新的算法能力。
Algorithm literacy aims to pay attention to the “companion” state of users in the interaction with algorithm mechanism. The formation of algorithm literacy has gone through the process from algorithm awareness to algorithm knowledge，from algorithm evaluation to algorithm practice，from building a framework to dynamic cycle. Algorithm literacy shows the transparency of algorithm through various emotional practices，and tries to understand the dynamic knowledge process of algorithm black box. Algorithm literacy consists of practical skills based on algorithm decoding，personal knowledge in daily experience and media imagination of algorithm society. The theory of algorithmic literacy intends to draw users’ attention to the organizational strength and system mechanism that are easily overlooked in social configuration，and help users to find their algorithmic ability of self-coordination and combinatorial innovation with a “healthy skepticism”.
