新时期以来，中国与中东欧国家的电影交流逐渐增多，并呈现良好的发展势头。电影是实现“民心相通”的良好媒介，在“一带一路”倡议框架下，政府间的电影交流起到了搭建“民心相通”桥梁的作用，但是在错综复杂的电影市场下如何推进，依然需要持续的努力，电影交流任重而道远。
Since the New Era，film exchanges between China and Central and Eastern European countries have gradually increased and presented a momentum for further growth. Films are a good medium for people-to-people exchanges and under the Belt and Road framework，inter-governmental film exchanges do play a role in building a bridge connecting different peoples. However，continuous efforts are needed for sustainable growth under the complicated film market conditions.
