新时代中国服务贸易行业面临新的机遇,需要进一步推动我国服务贸易行业的高质量发展。本报告通过分析发现中国服务贸易现状呈现进出口总额整体保持稳定增长,各领域、各地区分布不均衡的特点,RCEP签署后中国服务贸易迎来了投资自由便利化、贸易环境透明稳定、数字服务贸易增长新动能的新机遇。同时,我国服务贸易也面临着部分行业逆差大、附加值低,与RCEP成员国合作关系不稳定,市场竞争激烈且出口不平衡的挑战。本报告认为我国应加强顶层设计,充分利用区域经济合作方式,提高服务贸易出口技术含量并着重减少部分行业的逆差。
In the new era,China’s service trade industry is facing new opportunities and needs to further promote the high-quality development of China’s service trade industry. This report analyzes and finds that the current situation of China’s service trade is showing a trend of continuous increase in total import and export volume,with uneven distribution in various fields and regions. After the signing of RCEP,China’s service trade has ushered in new opportunities for investment liberalization,transparent and stable trade environment,and new growth drivers of digital service trade. At the same time,China’s service trade is also facing large industry deficits,low added value In response to the challenges of unstable cooperative relationships,fierce market competition,and imbalanced exports with RCEP member countries,this report suggests strengthening top-level design,fully utilizing regional economic cooperation methods,actively participating in the formulation of service trade rules,upgrading digital trade led trade,improving the technological content of service trade exports,and focusing on reducing the deficit in some industries.
