China’s convention and exhibition industry has been severely affected by the continuous impact of the Covid-19，which makes it difficult to hold international exhibitions.Many museums and art galleries are facing closure.The development of online cloud exhibitions has become an important way for exhibition enterprises to maintain their survival，and the cloud exhibition mode has developed rapidly.This report compares the two categories of cloud exhibition：online and offline integration exhibition and online independent cloud exhibition，as well as the different development situations of online audiovisual exhibition，real three-dimensional exhibition and three-dimensional virtual exhibition，and draws the basic conclusion that it cannot replace the role of offline exhibition at present but has great development potential.In addition，it analyzes the change of the trading value of the exhibits under cloud exhibition.Through the case analysis of Mio International Exhibition and Google Art and culture platform，the practical experience of cloud exhibition is summarized.Based on this，the problems of cloud exhibition technology and application，such as mismatch between technology and exhibition format，lack of visiting experience，insufficient platform application of system and high technical threshold leading to talent scarcity，are proposed to change the traditional exhibition thinking.Strengthen the characteristic advantage of digital online exhibition；Strengthen the interactive attributes of cloud exhibition and reconstruct the interactive mode of virtual space；Adapt to the digital age，training cloud exhibition professionals development countermeasures and prospects.
