LETUS:高效海量区块链存储引擎建设与实践

近年来,越来越多的业务场景运行在以区块链为基础的价值流转网络上,区块链逐渐成为数字经济的一个基础设施。本报告首先介绍了链上数据存储特点、区块链规模化发展对链上数据存储的诉求与面临的技术挑战;其次,对比分析了国内外链上数据存储技术现状与发展路线;再次,我们提出了蚂蚁链区块链存储引擎LETUS,在保证完整的可验证、多版本能力的前提下,既满足存储高性能诉求,也具有规模可分片扩展、数据冷热分层与历史状态裁剪等降成本特性。最后,报告介绍了该存储引擎在版权存证、数字藏品等场景支撑数据流转、实现业务高性能、大规模、低成本可信存力目标的探索和实践。

Abstract

In recent years,an increasing number of business scenarios have been running on value circulation networks based on blockchain,making blockchain gradually become an infrastructure of the digital economy. This report first introduces the characteristics of on-chain data storage,the demands of blockchain’s scaled development for on-chain data storage,and the technical challenges it faces. Secondly,a comparative analysis is conducted on the domestic and foreign technical status and development routes. Thirdly,we propose the AntChain blockchain storage engine LETUS,which not only meets the high-performance storage demands but also provides cost-reducing features such as scalability,data cold-hot tiering,and historical state data pruning,while ensuring complete verifiability and multi-versioning capabilities. Finally,the report introduces the exploration and practice of the storage engine in supporting data circulation in scenarios such as copyright certification and digital collections,achieving high-performance,large-scale,and low-cost business goals.
