The digital talent market in Beijing is booming and the digital economy industry talent team is growing steadily. However,the gap between the supply and demand of such talents is deepening,universities’ digital economy talents cultivation has shortcomings,and transformation of traditional human resources system has not yet completed,so it is necessary to enhance the leadership in the digital economy urgently. The digital talent new career is conductive to driving talent demands,and bringing dynamic labor relations,growth thinking and professionalism. Beijing should continue to build a globally influential source of digital innovation,comprehensively consolidate the development foundation of the digital industry,and build a high-level digital talent highland. We should further build and improve the multi-level talent cultivation system of the digital economy;promote the growth of corporate digital talent through high standard projects such as digital government;improve business environment and other soft measures to promote entrepreneurship in the digital industry and promote the development of digital talent;strengthen the talent exchange mechanism and expand approaches to introducing global digital talents.
