数字经济标杆企业是北京建设全球数字经济标杆城市进程中的重要力量，也是推动首都经济高质量发展的主要引擎。本文剖析了数字经济标杆企业的四种类型，指出其普遍具有自主创新能力强、以中小企业为主、分布较为集中、创新发展潜力突出等共性特征，并分类探索了四类标杆企业的发展特点。同时，提出北京推动标杆企业高质量发展的主要路径：完善数字经济标杆企业发现机制和评价标准、建立健全数字经济标杆企业培育长效机制、深入开展数字经济标杆企业调研、持续加强数字经济标杆企业人才供给、着力营造推动数字经济标杆企业发展的良好生态、搭建数字经济创新应用示范平台、加强行业自律建设。
Digital economy benchmark enterprises are important for Beijing to build a global digital economy benchmark city. Also，it is a major engine for the high-quality economic development of Beijing. This paper analyses four types of digital economy benchmark enterprises，which are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises. The author points out the enterprises’ common characteristics，which generally have strong independent innovation capabilities and are more concentrated in terms of distribution. This paper analyses their development characteristics and core strengths categorically. This paper proposes the main paths for Beijing to promote the high-quality development of benchmark enterprises：improving the discovery mechanism and evaluation criteria，establishing a sound long-term mechanism for cultivating them，conducting in-depth research，continuously strengthening the supply of talents and making efforts to create a good ecology，building a demonstration platform for digital economy innovation and application，strengthening the construction of industry self-regulation.
