2021年，我国海洋公益服务取得了较好的发展。我国海事搜救的成功率保持在一个稳定的高度；海洋观测调查的新装备、新技术不断涌现，成为推动我国海洋观测调查与预报和海洋防灾减灾能力提升的坚实助力。在法治方面，海洋环境公益诉讼制度不断完善。在海洋命运共同体理念和“十四五”规划的指导下，我国海洋公益服务的国际合作和全球治理日益深化，地方性海洋公益服务水平不断提升。但就我国海洋公益服务发展现状与国际形势来看，海洋公益服务高素质人才的培养、现代化的发展和宣传以及国际合作仍需要加强。
In 2021，China’s Marine public service achieved good development. The success rate of maritime search and rescue in China remains at a stable height. New equipment and technologies for Marine observation and investigation are constantly emerging，which has become a solid support for China’s ability to improve ocean observation，investigation and prediction and disaster prevention and reduction. In terms of legal system，Marine public interest litigation has been constantly improved. Under the guidance of the Central Marine Community with a Shared Future and the “14th Five-Year Plan”，China’s Marine public welfare service is increasingly deepened with the participation of international cooperation and global governance，and the level of local public welfare service is improving constantly. However，according to the perspective of the current situation of China’s Marine public welfare service development and the international situation，it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of high-quality talents，modern development，publicity and international cooperation of Marine public service.
