2021年，海洋文化发展虽然受新冠疫情影响稍有回落，但仍具备蓄势待发的潜力。2021年，中国知网共有海洋文化文献325篇，其中学术期刊文献192篇，学位论文43篇，核心期刊文献33篇。通过分析这些文献，可以发现2021年海洋文化发展的主要成就，表现为海洋强国重要论述研究、海洋文化精神内驱力研究、多学科的研究关注、研究机构的范围类型4个方面有新发展。然而，核心期刊刊用、高级人才培养、治学思维模式、理论创新4个方面仍有待加强。对此，今后需要加强海洋文化国际交流、加强海洋文化应用、加强海洋文旅融合、加强海洋生态文化研究、加强海洋民间文化研究、加强海洋精神建构。
In 2021，although the impact of COVID-19 epidemic，the development of a highly practical ocean culture fell slightly，but it did not affect its potential development. In 2021，a total of 325 Ocean culture documents were found on CNKI，including 192 papers in the academic journal database，43 papers in the dissertation database and 33 papers in the core journal database. Comprehensive analysis above the data，it can be found that the main achievements of ocean culture in 2021，which are theoretical research on Xi Jinping’s important discourse on the Maritime Power Development Strategy，the spirit drive research of ocean culture，disciplines on ocean culture research and types of research institutions have new progress. However，in the four aspects of core journals’ interest in publishing papers on ocean culture，senior personnel training，academic thinking mode，theoretical innovation are still need to be improved. In this regard，it is necessary to strengthen the research on ocean cultural international communication，the application of ocean culture，the integration of ocean culture and tourism，the research of oceanic ecological culture，the research of oceanic folk culture and the construction of ocean spirit.
