2021年是中国共产党成立100周年，也是“十四五”开局之年。在新阶段，我国海洋立法与执法进一步完善，海洋生态环境管理逐渐规范，海洋灾害预警与应急防御管理能力持续提升，海洋科技与数字化管理不断创新，海洋资源管理更加全面，海洋管理相关学术研究更加专业化。未来，我国的海洋管理工作将呈现以下三个趋势：海洋发展规划更加全面；沿海城市发展速度加快；深度参与全球海洋治理。未来，应该进一步做到以下几点：完善制度机制建设，保障海上交通安全管理；构建海洋产业发展新格局，推动海洋治理现代化；加强海洋生态环境修复管理工作。
The year 2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and is also the first year of China’s “fourteenth five year plan” period. In the new stage，China’s marine legislation and law enforcement have been further improved，marine ecological environment management has been gradually standardized，marine disaster early warning and emergency defense management capabilities have been continuously improved，marine science and technology and digital management have been continuously innovated，marine resource management has become more comprehensive，and marine management academic research has become more specialized. In the future，China’s marine management will show the following three trends：the marine development planning will be more comprehensive；the development of coastal cities has accelerated；deeply participate in global ocean governance. In the future，we should further improve the construction of systems and mechanisms to ensure the safety management of maritime traffic；Build a new pattern for the development of marine industry and promote the modernization of marine governance；Strengthen the management of marine ecological environment restoration.
