2021年中国海洋教育发展报告

2021年,我国持续推进全民海洋教育,学校海洋教育和社会海洋教育都取得了不同程度的进展。中小学海洋教育呈现明显的合作育人特征,高等海洋教育学科体系更加完善,社会海洋教育日趋活跃。但是,海洋教育在发展过程中仍然存在一些问题:中小学海洋教育缺乏规律性和连贯性,缺乏专业教师团队,教育内容不成体系;高等海洋教育对象和内容缺乏层次性,学科专业结构不均衡,大学生海洋意识落后于海洋强国战略要求;社会海洋教育政策导向不足,公众接受海洋教育途径有限。本报告基于以上问题提出了相应的建议,以推动我国海洋教育的发展。

Abstract

In 2021,China will continue to promote marine education for all,and school marine education and social marine education will make progress to varying degrees. Marine education in primary and secondary schools shows obvious characteristics of cooperative education,the discipline system of higher marine education is more perfect,and social marine education is becoming increasingly active. However,in the process of development,there are still some problems in ocean education,such as the lack of regularity and consistency of marine education in primary and secondary schools,the lack of professional teacher teams,and the fragmentation of educational content;The objects and contents of higher marine education are lack of hierarchy,the professional structure is unbalanced,and the marine consciousness of college students is backward;The guidance of social marine education policy is insufficient,and the public has limited access to marine education. Based on the above problems,this report puts forward corresponding suggestions to promote the development of marine education in China.
