生物医药产业是中国战略性新兴产业之一，发展生物医药产业对粤港澳大湾区打造国际科技创新中心具有重要意义。本报告分析了粤港澳大湾区生物医药产业的发展、粤港澳大湾区生物医药产业现阶段的发展格局以及产业链布局情况。同时，对于现阶段粤港澳大湾区生物医药产业的政策支持进行了梳理分析，并分析了美国、英国以及日本生物医药产业发展的经验。最后，论述了现阶段粤港澳大湾区生物医药产业发展的制约因素并对粤港澳大湾区生物医药产业的发展提出了政策建议。
Biomedicine industry is one of the strategic emerging industries in China. The development of biomedicine industry has an important meaning for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to build an international science and technology innovation center. This report analyzes the development of the biomedical industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，analyzes the current development pattern and industrial chain layout of the biomedical industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. At the same time，the present policy support of bio-pharmaceutical industry in the Greater Bay Area is combed and analyzed，and the experience of bio-pharmaceutical industry development in the United States，the United Kingdom and Japan is analyzed. Finally，the restrictive factors of the development of bio-pharmaceutical industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area at the present stage are discussed and some policy suggestions are provided for the development of bio-pharmaceutical industry in the Guang Dong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
