With the development and evolution of a new sci-tech revolution and industrial transformation，the role and status of digital technology and the digital economy are becoming more and more important，which has strongly promoted the transformation and reshaping of technological and industrial innovation models. At present，the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is at a critical stage of building an international science and technology innovation center. As an important innovation birthplace and industrial agglomeration of China digital economy，it is necessary to fully learn from the successful experience of regional coordinated development practices in different periods in the past，the significant advantages of digital technology innovation and digital economy development，and the market-oriented innovation and entrepreneurship ecology，to explore a new paths for shared innovation. This report puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions below：using digital means to break the objective barriers derived from geographical boundaries and institutional differences，using digital technology to consolidate the foundation of industrial integration，using new digital technologies and formats to support basic research back，and provides a more inclusive environment to cutting-edge digital technology exploration by adapting to local conditions.
