新冠肺炎疫情的持续冲击重挫了澳门的支柱产业——旅游博彩业，进而导致经济大幅下滑，凸显了澳门经济多元发展的紧迫性。数字化变革加速，形成全球性和区域性的数字经济发展浪潮。澳门应适时把握机遇，积极推动传统产业的数字化转型，催生新型数字产业，为澳门后疫情时期经济尽快复苏提供新的动力，亦可助力经济适度多元发展。为此，本报告提出五方面加快澳门数字经济发展的策略：推动旅游业的数字化转型、加大数字金融发展力度、打造中葡数字贸易平台、促进数字经济协同创新发展、建立数字经济发展的保障体系。
The continuous impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has severely depressed the tourism and gambling industry，a pillar industry in Macao，leading to a sharp decline in the economy and highlighting the urgency of diversified economic development in Macao. The digital transformation accelerated，forming a global and regional wave of digital economy development. Macao should seize the opportunity to actively promote the digital transformation of traditional industries and the birth of new digital industries，so as to provide new impetus for Macao’s economic recovery as soon as possible in the post-epidemic period，and also contribute to the proper diversification of the development of economy. Therefore，this paper puts forward five strategies to accelerate the development of Macao’s digital economy：promoting the digital transformation of tourism，increasing the development of digital finance，building a China-Portugal digital trade platform，promoting the collaborative innovation and development of the digital economy，and establishing a security system for the development of the digital economy.
