本报告在服务业与工业深度融合发展的理论基础上，进行文献述评和机理分析，并利用耦合协调度模型对服务业与工业深度融合发展进行评价，得到服务业与工业耦合协调发展测算结果及其对技术创新效应的作用。在此基础上，提出以产业深度融合驱动粤港澳大湾区创新发展的对策措施，包括：围绕粤港澳大湾区建设需求，扩大服务经济有效供给；融入新一代信息技术，强化服务业的创新发展；强化服务业跨界融合，推动产业价值链高端化；深化服务业开放合作，提高服务业国际化水平；培育质量标准品牌，提升现代服务业发展质效；优化服务业空间布局，推动粤港澳大湾区产业协同发展；推动服务业综合改革，实现服务业创新政策的先行先试。
This research based on the theory of integrated development of service sector and industrial sector，literature review and mechanism analysis are carried out. And，model is used to evaluate the integration development of service sector and industrial sector，and its effect on technological innovation are studied. Furthermore，we put forward some measures to drive the innovative development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with deep industrial integration，which includes：expanding the effective service supply to meet the upgrading demand of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，integrate into the new generation of information technology to promote the innovation of service sector，strengthen the cross-border integration of service sector and promote the high-end of industrial value chain，enhance the opening-up level of service sector and accelerate the level of internationalization，cultivate quality standard brands and improve the quality and efficiency of service sector，optimize the spatial layout of service sector and promote the coordinated development of different industries，deepen the comprehensive reform and achieve innovation vitality of the innovation policy of service sector.
