本报告阐述在新时代开展我国城市体检工作的重要意义，对国际上具有较强影响力的城市评估方法进行分类研究，并以广州市2022年城市体检工作开展情况为基础，结合北京、上海、重庆、成都、长沙等其他样本城市在指标体系设计、社会满意度调查、信息平台建设、城市更新联动等方面的先进经验，对进一步做好广州城市体检工作提出增加广州特色城市体检指标、促进城市体检与城市更新融合、优化社会满意度调查工作等对策建议，以期推动城市高质量发展，为实现老城市新活力、“四个出新出彩”提供更加坚实的保障。
This report expounds the importance of carrying out the urban physical examination in China in the new era by the research of internationally influential urban evaluation methods. Based on the urban physical examination in Guangzhou in 2022，this report combines the advanced experience of other sample cities such as Beijing，Shanghai，Chongqing，Chengdu，and Changsha in indicator system design，social satisfaction survey，information platform construction，urban renewal linkage，etc.. And it proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as adding a Guangzhou feature city indicator，promoting integration of urban physical examination and urban renewal，and optimizing social satisfaction survey，to further improve Guangzhou’s urban physical examination in the future，with a view to promote the high-quality development of the city，so as to provide a more solid guarantee for the realization of “Old City，New Vitality” and the “Four Aspects of Improvement and Brilliance”.
