2022年北京继续积极推进国际组织招引工作，主要完成全球服务贸易联盟、世界互联网大会和世界机器人合作组织三家国际组织的在京落户工作，使得在京登记落户的各类国际组织达到111家，数量居全国首位。北京在推进国际组织落户的政策细化、软硬件环境优化等领域持续深耕细作，开展了一系列卓有成效的积极实践。但是目前对国际组织的管理与服务方面存在机制化缺口，在京国际组织的聚集度不足，“类海外”环境建设与便利化措施仍待加强，并且缺乏国际组织专业化人才。对此，北京可以进一步加快推动国际组织落户及发展的政策体系建设，尝试建立国际组织管理与服务的专门机构，创新引聚国际组织的思路，在了解在京国际组织需求的基础上提供更有针对性的服务与保障，深挖北京的比较优势，多措并举丰富北京的国际组织人才队伍，助力北京国际组织落户工作取得更大进展。
In 2022，Beijing continued to actively promote the recruitment of international organizations，mainly completed the settlement of three international organizations，namely the Global Alliance for Trade in Services，the World Internet Conference and the World Robots Cooperating Organizations，making the number of international organizations registered and settled in Beijing reaches 111，which ranks first in China. Beijing continues to work hard in the areas of policy refinement together with hardware and software environment optimization to promote the settlement of international organizations，and has carried out a series of fruitful and positive practices. However，there are institutionalization gaps in the management and service of international organizations，insufficient concentration of international organizations in Beijing，“overseas-like” environment construction and facilitated measures still need to be strengthened，and lacking of professional talents for international organizations. In this regard，Beijing can further accelerate the construction of the policy system to promote the settlement and development of international organizations，try to establish a specialized agency for the management and service of international organizations，innovate the idea of attracting international organizations，provide more targeted services and guarantees on the basis of understanding the needs of international organizations in Beijing，dig deeper into Beijing’s comparative advantages，take multiple measures to enrich the talent pool of international organizations in Beijing，in order to help Beijing make more progress in the work of international organizations’ settlement.
