随着信息通信技术的广泛应用，全球数字贸易蓬勃发展，并成为全球贸易增长的新引擎。本文结合北京打造数字贸易示范区背景，总结了数字贸易的内涵本质，北京打造数字贸易示范区是基于树立国际竞争新优势、抢占国际贸易新赛道、融入国际贸易新规则等战略考量，通过梳理全球数字贸易最新发展动向，本文提出深耕引领世界的先进领域、壮大辐射全球的重大功能区、搭建数字贸易重大服务平台、加快制定和紧密对接国际规划等对策建议，以期为北京数字贸易发展献计献策。
With the wide application of information and communication technology，digital trade develop rapidly and become a new engine of global trade growth. Based on the background of building a digital trade demonstration zone in Beijing，this paper summarizes the connotation and essence of digital trade，analyzes the strategic considerations of building a digital trade demonstration zone，sorts out the latest development trend of global digital trade，and makes suggestions for the development of digital trade in Beijing.
