RCEP区域作为中国中药材的出口集中地，该区域绝大多数国家与我国地域接近、思维方式接近，可以也应该作为云南省中医药企业走向全球的第一站，以进行国际化尝试。本文从RCEP生效后中药材的关税变化和市场空间出发，分析了中药材的货物贸易发展趋势，认为单纯开拓中药材的货物贸易出口增长空间不大，云南省应转变思路，大力发展中医药服务贸易出口，并提出树立两种认识、强化三项保障、做好四大基地建设、实现五大突破的对策建议。
Area of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership is the export center of Chinese traditional medicine. Most countries in this region are close to China in terms of geographical proximity and thinking mode. This region can and should be the first stop for Yunnan province’s traditional Chinese medicine enterprises to go global and make an international attempt. Starting from the tariff changes and market space of Chinese medicinal materials after RCEP came into effect，this paper analyzes the growth trend of the export of Chinese medicinal materials in goods trade，and puts forward suggestions for focusing on the development of traditional Chinese medicine service trade.
