2021年中巴双边贸易创下历史新高，两国经贸合作稳定发展且日趋紧密。究其原因，贸易转移并非中巴经贸进展的唯一解释，而中巴高层的重视、中国的市场规模与消费升级、巴西贸易政策符合市场规律，以及中巴合作机制的推动，成为新冠肺炎疫情冲击下驱动中巴双边贸易实现逆势增长的主要原因。展望未来，经贸合作仍将继续成为中巴双边关系的重点领域，同时，围绕中巴贸易合作，本报告对巴西学者关注的环境问题和去工业化问题进行评介。
This paper carries out a study on the new reality that bilateral trade between China and Brazil reached a new historical high in 2021，contending that their economic and trade cooperation has developed steadily and closer. It is believed that trade diversion is not the only explanation for this progress. In bilateral exchanges，the priority given by the leaders of the two countries，the improvement of the trade structure，the suitability of Brazil’s trade policies in line with market rules，and the Sino-Brazilian cooperation mechanism has become the main reasons why China-Brazil trade has achieved breakthroughs even under the severe impacts of the pandemic. In the future，the economic and trade relations will continue to be the relevant area in Sino-Brazilian bilateral relationship. At the same time，a brief evaluation is made on the environmental issues and deindustrialization issues，which are concerned by Brazilian scholars.
