In the past 30 years since the Upheaval in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe，the Communist Parties of Central and Eastern Europe have gone through the following stages of development：the period of difficult reconstruction，the period of stable development and the period of development bottleneck currently. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19，Communist Parties in Central and Eastern European have made efforts to defend the rights and interests of socially disadvantaged groups，to criticize the system’s shortcomings since the transition，and to draw lessons from historical experience through activities such as the 150th anniversary of Lenin’s birth and the centennial of the founding of the Party. These Parties actively oppose the imperialist hegemony of Western countries and highly evaluate the great achievements of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. At present，Communist Parties of the CEE region still faces many difficulties，especially from the impact of populist Parties. The road to the revival of the communist movements in the CEE region is full of challenges，however，it is still possible to contribute to the world socialist movements through efforts.
