In 2022,the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CIS) sent peacekeepers to help Kazakhstan efficiently resolve the security crisis,which demonstrated the effective mechanism and good execution of the organization. With the escalation of the Ukraine crisis on February 24,the CIS once again faced a big test. The escalation of the Ukraine crisis has had a direct impact on the CIS. Changes of the situation in Eurasia have further aggravated the pressure of this organization. The conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the security situation in Central Asia have also become unavoidable difficulties for the CIS. Although the CIS is more mature than before,the challenges it faces this time are more severe.
