2021年为匈牙利大选年,国内开展两轮预选举,推选马尔基-扎伊·彼得为反对党联合总理候选人;议会通过《儿童保护法案修正案》引发争议。匈牙利经济发展势头强劲,GDP增长创历史新高,但同时也面临通货膨胀等问题。外交方面,与欧盟在法制方面的冲突仍在继续,欧盟七年新预算资助方案受阻;在未来欧盟发展愿景上,匈牙利与欧盟持不同的立场;与俄罗斯签订为期15年的天然气合同。社会方面,匈牙利加大了对残疾人群体的关注力度,出台多项措施提升残疾人生活质量。中匈关系方面,中匈全面战略伙伴关系得到进一步深化。
In 2021,the Hungarian opposition parties held two rounds of primaries,and elected Márki-Zay Péter as their candidate for Prime Minister. Parliament adopted the controversial Child Protection Act. In economy,Hungary maintained vigorous growth,reaching a record-high growth rate in modern times;but it also faced problems such as inflation. In foreign affairs,as conflicts with the EU on the rule of law continued,Hungary voted to block the EU’s new seven-year budget funding program. It also differed with the EU on how to envision the EU’s future development. Hungary signed a 15-year gas contract with Russia. In social affairs,Hungary paid more attention to persons with disabilities and took a number of measures to improve the quality of their lives. In terms of China-Hungary relations,the China-Hungary comprehensive strategic partnership was further deepened.
