2022年大选是肯尼亚现代发展史中具有里程碑意义的事件，在总体和平稳定的形势下，不仅主要族群间关系发生了自肯尼亚独立以来最为显著的变化，而且政治力量实现了自2010年政治改革以来最大规模的重组。本次大选折射出在肯尼亚现代民族国家建构进程中，民众的社会文化性身份认同与社会经济性身份认同之间实现的暂时性平衡，确定了胜选者在后疫情时代探索推进国家治理的基本立足点。但在当前发展与安全赤字依然显著的形势下，新政府能否真正超越族群政治实现包容性发展，仍然面临诸多不确定性。
The 2022 general election is a milestone in Kenya’s modern development history. In the environment of general peace and stability，the country has not only witnessed the most significant change of relations among major ethnic groups since its independence，but also the largest restructuring of political forces since the political reform of 2010. The temporary balance achieved between the socio-cultural identity and socio-economic identity of people in the process of building a modern national state in Kenya is the key to guarantee the success of this peaceful change of rulers，laying a solid foundation for the new elected government to explore and promote resilient governance in the post pandemic national recovery. However，it is also worth noting that since the development and security deficits are still prevailing across the country，the new elected government will still be frustrated by many challenges which will give new uncertainties to the country’s unremitting pursuit of inclusive development.
