With the fermentation of hot issues such as the Iranian nuclear deal and the Ukraine crisis conflict，the Syrian issue is being marginalized. The “Geneva Peace Talks”，“Astana Process” or other solutions have failed to play the expected role，but are more conducive to the division of spheres of influence in Syria by the relevant forces. The U.S.-led sanctions once profoundly affected the fate of Syria，but starting from 2021，the sanctions have gradually lost their effectiveness；even the U.S.itself has begun to “forget” this ill-fated country. Syria crisis have proved that either the U.S.policy towards Syria and its overall Middle East policy have failed，or the U.S.strategic goals and its accusations against the Assad regime are untrue. In any case，in the context of the weakening U.S.intervention，the mutual “running-in” of forces related to the Syrian issue has instead promoted the formation of a relatively stable situation in the region. Although it is not enough to bring Syria complete peace and unity，a qualitative change is seen to work as the basis for the development in the direction of solving the problem. Taking this opportunity，the Sino-Syrian relationship has reached a consensus based on the tone set by the two heads of state，and is steadily developing toward the goal of building a community of human destiny.
