In 2021，under the organization and promotion of the Chinese society of private international law and other academic organizations，Chinese scholars made fruitful achievements in the theoretical research of private international law.Chinese scholars focused on the frontier theory of private international law and hot issues in judicial practice，and published a large number of theoretical achievements.In particular，some strong theoretical and practical points have been put forward，regarding the basic theory of private international law，extraterritorial application of law，sanctions and anti-sanctions and blocking statutes，injunction，recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments，and the revision and improvement of China’s arbitration law.These theoretical achievements have played an important role in promoting the improvement of China’s foreign legal system.
