“一带一路”与“光明之路”的战略对接给哈萨克斯坦的基础设施建设带来诸多发展机遇，为哈萨克斯坦经济的可持续发展提供了重要保障。本报告从哈萨克斯坦的交通业发展、物流业发展以及中欧班列在哈萨克斯坦的运营状况几个方面进行梳理和分析，指出当前存在的问题，并提出中哈两国在促进中欧班列运营方面可采取的措施。
The strategic alignment of “One Belt，One Road” and “Bright Road” has brought many opportunities for the development of Kazakhstan’s infrastructure construction，which is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of Kazakhstan’s economy. In this report，we analyzed the development of transportation，logistics and the operation of China-EU trains in Kazakhstan，pointed out the current problems and proposed the measures that can be taken by China and Kazakhstan in promoting the operation of China-European Trains.
