Food security is an important part of the “Three Rural Issues”，among which oilseed security issues are becoming increasingly prominent. Based on public data and various materials，this report conducts an in-depth investigation and research on the oilseed crop industry chain，and comprehensively analyzes the potential security risks of this industry chain. It is found that the security risks of the oilseed crop industry chain mainly stem from the strong control of foreign-funded enterprises，the negative impact of foreign monopoly，and the negative impact of the international situation. Finally，based on the perspective of industrial chain security，this report proposes suggestions for the development of the oilseed crop industry and its enterprises.
