The electronic information industry is a pillar of China’s economy and an important field related to national security and people’s livelihood. This report summarizes the development status，competitiveness，and development environment of the electronic information industry，focuses on the analysis of the specific links and risk links of the electronic information industry chain. Further，taking the computer industry and the chip industry as examples to illustrate，and finally proposes based on the risk of the industrial chain countermeasures and suggestions for safe development.
