Energy is the critical material basis for the survival and development of human society；it occupies an important strategic position in developing the national economy and society. In the current international context，the Chinese energy industrial and supply chains is facing a series of problems，these problems will play an essential role in the overall situation of national energy security. In the vision of the current condition of our country’s energy consumption and production，this report studies the stability and security issues of the development of the industrial and supply chains of the oil，natural gas，and coal industries. And accordingly put forward corresponding policy recommendations.
