The proposal of the “dual carbon” goal has put forward higher requirements for China’s economic development and has had a profound impact on the development of China’s industrial and supply chains. This report analyzes the new requirements，new driving forces，and new directions of the “dual carbon” goals for the development of industrial and supply chains. Based on this，corresponding policy recommendations are proposed from three perspectives：the layout of the industrial and supply chains，the improvement of green technology level，and the development of international competitiveness.
