The security of industrial and supply chains is the basis to ensure the high-quality development of China’s economy. Although China’s industrial system is relatively complete，but under the background of diversification，decentralization and localization of global industry，industrial and supply chains’ security still face multiple risk challenges. This report reviews and sorts out the development status of China’s industrial and supply chains，analyzes the risks of overseas dependence，trade protectionism and international logistics of key resources existing in China’s industrial and supply chains，and puts forward suggestions to enhance the security level of the industrial and supply chains from three aspects：top-level strategic design，institutional reform，risk prediction and early warning.
