本文是关于“日本国家战略史”的一项研究。日本参与世界争霸战可追溯到16世纪日本的战国时代末期，伴随不同时期的世界变局而演变至今。在历史上，日本国内政治与国际局势密切相关。日本一直是历次世界争霸战的积极参与者。日本在参与世界争霸战中，既有与强者为伍的结盟习惯，也会对强者发动先发制人的偷袭；其对外发动战争的时机大多选择在对方内忧外患并发之际，具有很强的冒险性与突发性；中国等亚洲邻国往往首当其冲，深受其害。本文侧重从国际关系史、日本政治史和对外政策思想史的角度，就近代日本参与世界争霸战的国家战略变迁做一探讨，以便为更清楚地认识新时期日本国家战略的深入调整提供一种视角和参考。
This paper is a research on the history of Japanese national strategy. Japan’s participation in the World War of Hegemony can be traced back to the end of the Sengoku Period in the 16th century. Historically，Japan’s domestic politics were closely related to the international situation. Japan has been an active participant in all the world wars. In the world war for hegemony，Japan has a habit of forming alliances with the strong countriesand also launching preemptive attacks against the strong countries. Most of the time wages war are when the other side’s internal troubles and external troubles are concurrent，which has strong adventure and abruptness. Asian neighbors such as China are often the first to suffer. From the perspectives of the history of international relations，the history of Japanese politics and the history of foreign policy thoughts，this paper discusses the change of Japan’s national strategy during the world war of hegemony in modern times，in order to clearly understand the new period of Japan’s national strategy and to provide an adjustment perspective and reference.
