长期以来，县域经济在我国的国民经济发展中都发挥着重要作用。发展县域经济，不仅是扩大内需战略基点、畅通国民经济循环的重要抓手，也是推动乡村振兴、实现城乡融合发展的关键支撑。近几年，跨境电商作为数字经济的新业态新模式，不仅满足了广大城镇和县域消费者的消费升级需求，同时也为跨境出海企业和县域优势产业架起了供需桥梁，成为促进县域经济发展、推动融入新发展格局的重要路径。本文简要阐述了近年来河南省县域跨境电商发展现状，以及跨境电商对助推河南县域经济发展的意义，重点选取偃师、鹿邑、柘城、平舆等县（市）域跨境电商发展情况进行分析介绍，深入探寻河南省县域跨境电商发展存在的问题，从而提出跨境电商助力河南县域经济发展的建议。
County economy plays an important role in the development of the national economy for a long time in China. Promote the development of county economy is not only an important base point for expanding domestic demand and the key to unblocked the economic recycling，but also is important to promoting rural revitalization and integrating urban-rural development. As a new form and model of digital economy，cross-border e-commerce has not only met the consumption upgrading demand of urban and county consumers，but also built a supply and demand bridge for cross-border enterprises and county dominant industry in recent years. It has become an important path to promote the development of county economy and integrate into the new pattern. The report briefly states the development status of county cross-border e-commerce in Henan province in recent years，as well as the significance of cross-border e-commerce to promote county economy in Henan Province，focusing on the analysis and introduction of the development of cross-border e-commerce in Yanshi，Luyi，Zhecheng，Pingyu and other counties to explore the existing problems of county cross-border e-commerce in Henan Province. Therefore，it put forward suggestions for cross-border e-commerce to promote the development of county economy.
