Qingdao Pingdu eyelash industry has a strong foundation and a long history. It has appeared and developed in Changle district，Dazeshan town，Pingdu city in the 1970s. Years later the eyelash industry has expanded gradually in Pingdu. The report analyzes the problems of eyelashes going overseas by reviewing the current status of the integrated development between the eyelashes industry and the cross-border e-commerce industry in Pingdu，and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from some aspects which are formulating special support policies，establishing regional eyelashes brands，promoting the innovative development of the outbound model，strengthening the compliance management of intellectual property rights，and increasing the talents training of cross-border e-commerce.
