温州区位优势突出，拥有发达的华商网络、扎实的制造业基础和完善的产业配套体系，在发展跨境电商方面优势明显。本文总结了温州自2019年获批跨境电商综试区以来，在跨境电商产业发展方面取得的成绩和创新经验做法，分析了温州综试区在产业结构、跨境电商人才、跨境物流等方面存在的短板，并建议温州综试区在挖掘进出口新潜力、培育行业增长新动力、锻造物流仓储新韧力等方面发力，加快打造跨境电商一流产业生态圈。
Wenzhou has the outstanding geography district advantages，especially having the obvious advantages in cross-border e-commerce with the developed Chinese business network，the strong manufacturing base and the excellent industrial supporting system. The report summarizes the achievements and innovative experiences of cross-border e-commerce industry since Wenzhou comprehensive test area was approved in 2019，analyzing the shortcomings in terms of the industrial structure，the talents of cross-border e-commerce，cross-border logistics，and so forth. We suggests that Wenzhou cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area make efforts to find the potential of import and export，cultivate new drivers for industry growth，and forge new toughness of logistics and warehouses. We will accelerate building the top-rank industrial ecosystem of cross-border e-commerce.
