As the offshore “bridgehead” of cross-border e-commerce，overseas warehouses have made outstanding achievements with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce. In the new stage，they will be the distinctive development emphasis which include how to play the leading role of overseas warehouses and help foreign trade maintain stability and improve quality，and taking overseas warehouses as an important node to build a safe，reliable，independent and controllable global supply chain.
