新冠肺炎在全球的流行对世界毒情市场造成一定影响，各国加强疫情防控，人员货物的流动受到制约，毒品产销格局也发生一些变化。总体来说，“金三角”地区毒品生产受新冠肺炎疫情影响不大，毒品产量持续增长，易制毒化学品从区域外非法流入“金三角”地区增加，严峻的毒情给各国治理毒品问题带来新挑战。近年来，“金三角”毒品制造贩运不断加剧，2021年，东南亚地区甲基苯丙胺缴获量再创新高，其中85%在湄公河地区缴获；尽管“金三角”罂粟种植面积有所下降，但海洛因缴获量大幅增加；贩毒集团不仅通过老挝、柬埔寨转运毒品，也在两国制造毒品。随着后疫情时代的到来，面对跨境毒品的挑战，“金三角”地区各国只有通力合作，加强信息交流，加强国际禁毒合作，构建人类命运共同体，共同应对毒品问题，才能减轻毒品对各国及世界的危害。
The pandemic of Covid-19 has some impacts on world drug situation，when all countries are implementing control measures over the pandemic. The flow of population and goods are being constrained，meanwhile some changes are happening in drug production and sale. Generally speaking，less impacts of the pandemic are imposed on the drug situation in “Golden Triangle” region：drug production is increasing continuously；precursor chemical illegally flowing into the region is also increasing. The serious situation is posing great challenge to drug control around the world. In recent years，drug production and trafficking is becoming more serious. In 2021，Meth Seizure in Southeast Asia reached a new high，85% of which were seized in Mekong Subregion；Heroin seizure increased dramatically in this region，though opium poopy cultivation decreased；Drug syndicates not only used Laos and Cambodia as transit points，but also drug production centers. With post-pandemic era coming，countries in “Golden Triangle” region shall cooperate with each other，enhance intelligence exchange，intensify international cooperation，build a community of shared future，jointly respond to drug issues，then harm bought about by drugs to the world will be reduced.
