在全球新冠疫情背景下，数字技术的作用显著增强，数字化转型的重要性变得显而易见，尤其是对于包括乌兹别克斯坦在内的发展中国家。本文首先介绍了乌兹别克斯坦近两年的数字经济发展状况，然后分析了近两年乌兹别克斯坦在信息技术发展的多项国际评级中的表现，随后阐述了乌兹别克斯坦政府2020～2022年重点发展的数字领域：数字金融和IT园区，最后通过乌兹别克斯坦2022～2026年新发展战略和ICT领域的短期具体措施展望乌兹别克斯坦数字经济发展前景。
With the COVID-19 pandemic across the world，the role of digital technology has increased significantly，and the importance of digital transformation has become apparent，especially for developing countries，including Uzbekistan. This article first introduces the recent development of Uzbekistan’s digital economy in the past two years，then analyzes the performance of Uzbekistan in a number of international ratings for evaluating information technology development in the past two years，then describes the digital areas that the Uzbekistan government focuses on in 2020-2022：digital finance and IT parks，and finally looks forward to the prospects for the development of Uzbekistan’s digital economy through the new development strategy of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026 and short-term concrete measures in the ICT field.
