在疫情、俄乌冲突、西方制裁等多重背景下，俄罗斯数字经济发展遭遇诸多瓶颈，尽管2021年俄罗斯数字经济发展取得部分进展，但随着西方制裁加剧、先进技术企业退出俄市场、财政收紧，俄罗斯数字经济发展前景仍然未卜。本文结合俄罗斯国内及国际组织相关数据，针对俄罗斯国内数字经济发展、其在国际排名中地位变化、现存问题和发展前景四个方向，梳理分析俄罗斯数字经济发展状况及其前景。
In the context of the epidemic，the Russian-Ukrainian conflict，and Western sanctions，Russia’s digital economy has encountered many bottlenecks. Despite partial progress in 2021，the future of Russia’s digital economy remains uncertain with the intensification of sanctions from western countries，the withdrawal of advanced technology companies from the Russian market，and fiscal tightening. This paper analyzes the development of Russia’s digital economy and its prospects in four directions：the development of Russia’s domestic digital economy，its changing position in international rankings，existing problems and development prospects，taking into account relevant data from Russia and international organizations.
