《我的诗篇》（TheVerseofUs）作为一部表现工人群体现状的电影，却用自由主义的价值观再生产着符合西方国家等级价值观的贫穷愚昧的“工人群像”，塑造的也是符合小资精英口味的符合其阶级优越性的“景观”，这种作为消费品的工人形象以及套路化的内容和表现手法都背离了工人群体的生活事实，违背了艺术求真的本质追求。艺术工作者应当站在现实中的工人群体立场上，真实反映工人群体的生活，通过挖掘工人群体的集体主义精神力量和反映他们积极的生活态度来反思资本主义的问题，同时在表达的整个过程中都应该思考一个问题：如何真正体现出工人群体的价值。我们应该批判像《我的诗篇》这种宣扬假恶丑的精英主义作品对劳动者精神的歪曲和荼毒，并以此作为基础，进一步致力于真正属于劳动人民的艺术作品的创作。
