改革开放是中华传统文化与西方现代文明的大碰撞大交融，也是中国从富起来走向强起来的价值实践，更是中华民族实现伟大复兴的时代主题。探究改革开放实践背后深层次的主体性因素，总结改革开放40年我国社会价值观衍迁的主要特点，明确推进中国社会价值观发展的路径，有助于更好地发挥社会主义核心价值观的整合和引领功能，最大限度地满足不同群体的价值诉求，凝聚实现中国梦的价值共识。社会主义核心价值观作为中国特色社会主义的价值基石，亦应是改革开放未来的价值遵循。
With the tremendous collisions and interactions between Chinese traditional culture and Western modern civilization，reform and opening up is not only the practice of socialist values in China which is from growing rich to becoming strong，but also the era focus of realizing national rejuvenation.We should explore the deep subjective factors behind the practice of reform and opening up，summarize its main characteristics of social values and make clear paths of promoting the development of Chinese social values.These practices will contribute to have a better effect on the integrating and leading function of core socialist values，meet the value demands of different groups to the greatest extent，and unite the value consensus in virtue of realizing “the Chinese Dream”.As the cornerstone of socialism with Chinese characteristics，core socialist values should also be the values followed by reform and opening up in the future.
