2021年，波兰进入新冠肺炎疫情反复期。在继续采取严格防疫措施的同时，波兰各地文化机构逐渐恢复正常运营，维持波兰文化向前发展。为加强文化资源可及性，营造无障碍服务环境，波兰文化部通过落实针对性政策，实施相关文化发展项目，加快文化数字化转型，升级信息和通信技术等设施设备，推进文化建筑设施现代化进程，关注特殊群体的文化艺术生活，普及全民健身运动和全民阅读，加强电子媒体在民众文化生活中的重要作用，促进波兰文化更好更快地发展。本文将主要围绕波兰国内文化发展重点及九大表征，对2021年波兰文化发展情况进行总体描述、分析与评估。
With the recurrent waves of Covid-19 epidemics in 2021，Poland continued periodically taking strict public health control measures. Gradually the Polish cultural institutions returned to normal. In order to enhance the accessibility of cultural resources and build a barrier free environment，the Minister of Culture，National Heritage and Sport implemented cultural policies and projects，accelerated the digital transformation，upgraded facilities as well as information and communication technologies，and promoted the construction modernization. Meanwhile，by focusing on the cultural and artistic life of the special groups，cultivating nationwide reading and fitness awareness，and enabling the media to take an important role in the people’s cultural life，the government also ensured a better cultural development of Poland.
