Improving discourse ability and enhancing the initiative，effectiveness and influence of discourses are major topics of China’s international communication. From the author’s working experience on international news and a large number of news reports on China-related issues，this report analyzes and deconstructs Western discourse，and offers five strategic suggestions on constructing Chinese discourse and improving international communication discourse in practice.
